cheshirm Oct 15, 2017 @ 2:30am. might be a permission problem. run steam as admin. check antivirus logs - might be blocking steam or the game. laptop? make sure game is using dedicated graphics card and not motherboard. turn off overlays like Raptr, MSIAfterburner, Overwolf, etc.
