The problems I've had are that when you walk into Myrwatch and Tundra Homestead, sometimes things fall over or off the shelves - the gallery level of Myrwatch is especially messy like this - and some of the weapon racks in Goldenhills and Hendraheim will hold things, but then I can't take the weapons off again (until I turn clipping off).
Homestead deposits Heljarchen Hall. Heljarchen Hall is a homestead that sits within The Pale mountain tundra, south of Whiterun and the Throat of the World. A clay deposit sits outside of the hall to the right, sitting at the rear of the stable. There is also a deposit located in front of the carpenter’s table at the Stone Quarry.

Comes with most crafting facilities except butter churn i think. Lots of alchemical ingredients all over, and a garden, and sitting areas, and insects, and statue.
